Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC provides apparel, merchandise, custom products, and related services through our website.

We reserve the right to update our products, prices, website content, policies, and these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • You have reviewed your order, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and customization details, before completing your purchase.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, payment issues, or other reasonable business concerns. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.

3. Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Many Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC products are produced or fulfilled after an order is placed.

Because of this, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

  • Product selections

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Quantities

  • Shipping information

  • Custom text, artwork, logos, and other submitted materials

Made-to-order and custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

4. Custom Artwork and Submitted Content

When you submit a logo, photograph, design, artwork, text, trademark, or other material for use on a custom product, you represent that you own the material or have permission to use it.

You agree not to submit material that unlawfully infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC reserves the right to refuse any custom order or submitted content that we reasonably determine is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, threatening, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for our business.

5. Product Appearance

We work to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible. However, actual colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen and device settings

  • Printing methods

  • Garment materials

  • Product manufacturing

  • Production variations

Minor variations that are normal to the printing or manufacturing process may not be considered defects.

6. Production, Fulfillment, and Shipping

Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC may use third-party providers, including Stahls’ Fulfill Engine and related production, payment, shipping, and fulfillment services, to process and complete orders.

Production and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply shortages, incorrect customer information, or other unexpected events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC name, branding, logos, website content, original designs, graphics, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Kingdom Culture The Brand LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any underlying copyrighted design, logo, trademark, or other intellectual property.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s security or operation

  • Submit false or fraudulent information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

  • Copy or misuse website content or intellectual property

  • Use automated systems to interfere with or improperly access the website
